PRESS: Rosseti can include spending on divs in tariffs
MOSCOW, Sep 6 (PRIME) -- Russian power grid operator Rosseti may include “expected entrepreneur profit” of 5% of revenue in its tariffs for electric power transmission services, to ensure dividend payments, Kommersant business daily reported on Monday citing a June 29 letter of CEO Andrei Ryumin to Prime Minister Mikhail Mishustin.
Mishustin ordered deputy prime ministers Andrei Belousov and Alexander Novak, and the Federal Antimonopoly Service’s Director Maxim Shaskolsky to consider the issue, the daily reported citing sources.
Belousov supported the initiative and ordered to present corresponding adjustments to the government until October 1, but asked to limit the rise of the tariffs by the level of inflation, the daily reported.
